|Location||📍 Veneto, Italy|
|Production||24,000 bottles annually|
|Specificity||Small crafted Prosecco estate.|
Arturo Vettori inherited his Grandfather’s estate which had been producing wine for local consumption since the 1930’s. In 1991 Arturo planted new vines and from 1996 alongside his wife Alessandra (with daughter Eleonora helping out – she has a fantastic nose for the perfume of a wine, apparently) they produce fragrant Prosecco and white wine. Yields are a low density 1.5kg of grapes per vine from their mixed clay, sand and rock soil, resulting in a mere 24,000 bottles annually.
