The viticultural history of the Deltetto family has origins in Canale, from the same hill in which they grow their Roero Arneis today. The Piedmontese name “dai vej” translates from “the old (people)” as a homage to our ancestors. Crystal clear, with pale yellow colour; fruity nose with notes of exotic fruits and crunchy red apple. Hints of floral notes. In the mouth, this wine has a fresh acidity with similar notes to the nose.
