Of course, a wine such as this will age for a few years yet, no problem if well stored. But that’s not really the point – Carlo Deltetto wants his customers to pull the cork in exactly the same way that they would, say, a Barbera, or Dolcetto. Emphasis on that full, plump fruit, for immediate drinking pleasure.
