The old vines of 'En l'Ormeau' were planted by Vincent’s great grandmother Lucie in 1924 and have rooted deep into the clay soil that once housed elm trees used for building and construction. The richness in the soil helps create a very balanced and fresh wine. Delightful from the first smell, very expressive with hints of toast and cooked peaches. Licorice with a hint of spice and citrus, finishing off with a touch of wood.
