Export
The website will only accept UK delivery addresses, for export orders please select the “Collection for export using your own transporter” option at checkout. We will be in touch regarding specifics.
Delivery Times
We cannot specify exact delivery times, but if you have a particular request or deadline to meet, do let us know by giving us a call or sending an email to wine@decvin.com and we will do our best to accommodate all requests. Please make sure we have your correct contact telephone number with your order as we will text you on the morning of the order arriving letting you know an exact time.
If you need your wine by a particular date, please let us know when ordering by replying to your order confirmation email. If you are in any doubt about when you might receive your order simply email or call us and we will let you know.
Receiving your Delivery
If there is not likely to be someone to receive and sign for the goods at the delivery address, please give us details of a safe place or alternative address where we can leave your order. Neither we nor our couriers can take responsibility.
